Okay, um, today I did a bad, bad thing.
I was in Los Angeles with some buds, doing some Los Angeles things. As we were driving down Sunset Blvd., I pointed toward Hollywood Hills and said, "Oh, Alyson Hannigan lives over there."
So, they wanted to see where, but I wasn't sure if I could remember exactly how to get there... I did. We drove by (no one was home - she has a carport rather than a garage and there was no car. And in LA, you can't just not have a car), but then we had to keep going up the hill, because the streets are really small and I had to find a place to turn around.
On the way back down, my friend Adam wanted to take something, but I told him we couldn't steal from Alyson Hannigan, "that would be wrong". But then I thought, if we took something like, a rock, it would be okay, because, well, it's a rock, not a pet hamster or something.
SO, I back up the hill and we're looking for something that won't be missed, and we see this thing on the ground of her carport. It's a really dirty yellow plastic sign that has abviously been run over by the car several times and I can see the letters "buff" on it. "Does that say 'BUFFY' on it?" I asked.
Upon closer inspection, we realized it said "Buffalo Crossing" and it had a picture of a buffalo on it. It's apparently a souvenier from Yosemite.
So... we took it.
But now I feel bad. Should I take it back? And if I do, should I just leave it wher eI found it or knock on the door (with chinese food, of course) and hand it to her while apologizing?
Or should I just sell it on eBay? =P
