Christmas Blue?
Well once again it's Christmas time.
The holiday for cheer.
And I composed this little rhyme,
To post on this thread here.
To think of Christmas before Fall,
Is simply not my style.
And fighting traffic in the mall,
Would only serve to rile.
So once again I surf the net
On Christmas Eve no less.
An email gift is what they'll get
It's just my laziness.
Their changing tastes are no concern
Except to set the price.
But this I know they won't return
Or comment "Oh..... how..... nice?"
So I no longer hate Yule time
And no more bah humbug
And I can happily end this rhyme
With Happy Holidays! and group hug!
