Ashli and Alex get into elevator on 4th Floor, see Eva, they're dressed to the nines...

Eva: So what are you guys doing all dressed up?

Ashli: We're having a dinner at Ashli's Bar & Grill, there's a party if you want to come...

Eva: That's nice, maybe I'll see you later...

Elevator passes floor of the Grill. Alex and Ash remove suits, Black commando clothing revealed. Alex puts on portable mike system, speaks into it.

Alex: Evil 2 to Evil 1, Op Raid being executed... All house cameras disabled. Synchronize watches to 2100 hours, check.

Ashli: Synchronized, check.

Elevator stops at Penthouse floor, but door doesn't open, Overhead door opened. Alex boosts Ash, then goes up himself. Door sealed. Both make their way up to the penthouse roof. Alex and Ash check MP5s to make sure they're loaded, checking chamber for a round. They make their way over to the skylight. Ash heads over to electrical connections. Lights are on inside. Alex removes diamond glass cutter, and cuts fist-sized hole in skylight. He speaks into mike again.

Alex: Phase 1 underway.

Alex holds up 2 fingers for Ash, slashes hand down. Ash cuts wires to Penthouse electricity. Penthouse plunged into darkness. Mission Impossible Theme can mysteriously be heard in the background. Alex puts on gas mask(as does Ash), and night-vision goggles. Knockout-gas grenade thrown through hole. Alex Opens skylight pannel from inside. Rappelling ropes attatched to braces on roof. Ash, and Alex rappel down into room. Various unconcious cats, hamsters, and dogs found. Room-to-Room search conducted. Nicky's hard drive copied onto zip disks- folder called "Evil Hamster Plans" found. Alex speaks into mike.

Alex: Phase 1 complete, Phase 2 underway, Evil 1. 10 minutes left on the clock.

Evil 1(sounds suspiciously like a certain hamster): Good Luck Evils 2 and 4, Evil 1 out...

Ash removes small card from pocket, leaves it on Nicky's dresser.

Ash and Alex notice invitation to party at "Ashli's Bar & Grill" conveniently for Kim and Nicky, Melissa, and Amy, at this exact time. Both grin evilly. Reattatchments made to rappelling ropes. Both leave through open skylight. Crazy glue used to seal hole in skylight.

Ash(whispering): You'd think after all the expense they went to for that state-of-the art security system, they'd give it a separate electrical connection... < grins >

Alex: (whispering) You know for a law and grad student, we're pretty good at this. We should make this a weekly thing. < grins >

Ash grins back.

Alex(into mike): Evil 2 here, Op Raid Phase 2 complete. Exfiltration underway.

Ash reconnects electrical switches. lights go on in penthouse. Slight meowing heard, as cats wake up. Ash and Alex head down through elevator. They put on suits. Elevator unjammed, heads down stops at the Bar & Grill. Eva waiting there.

Eva: Where have you guys been? We had some electrical problems with the penthouse. The lights just went on and off...

Ashli: (innocent tone) Oh, we were going up to pick up Nicky and her roommates, but I see they're here already. The elevator got stuck up there. Must've been connected to that electrical porblem up there.

Eva: (suspiciously) Hey Alex, are you sweating?

Alex: Oh, it was just a bit hot up there, before the elevator started to move again...

Alex sees Nicky and friends. Waves.

Alex: (to Ash) Milady....

Both walk over to table set up for dinner. Nicky, Eva, and the roommates join them, oblivious to what has happened.
